The aging population needs housing that supports independence and wellbeing within a connected community environment that promotes active lifestyles and social engagement while enabling aging-in-place.
Each residence combines open-plan design with accessibility features and minimal maintenance requirements, enabling safe, comfortable aging-in-place. The vibrant community hub - the Pavilion - provides shared amenities, entertainment spaces, and social connection opportunities. Outdoor facilities including walking paths, recreational greens, and landscaped gardens encourage active lifestyles.
A 44-villa retirement community features modern, accessible two- and three-bedroom duplexes, central community pavilion, landscaped recreation areas including bowling and putting greens, plus integrated medical services. On-site medical services offer residents security, flexibility, and peace of mind within their independent living environment.
