Scope
The community needed expanded healthcare access through a facility that could serve both outpatient wellness and complex inpatient treatments while respecting the surrounding residential context.
We maximized the limited site through careful massing that respects neighboring residential areas while aligning with adjacent multi-storey buildings. Central courtyards and tiered rooftop gardens create light-filled, patient-focused spaces while providing functional outdoor areas for patients and staff.
This 7-storey, 100-bed mixed-use healthcare facility integrates outpatient wellness centres, hydrotherapy, mental health services, rehabilitation, consulting suites, and commercial facilities. The design prioritizes efficiency, flexibility, and future adaptability, ensuring long-term value through thoughtful integration of diverse stakeholder requirements and sensitive contextual response.
