Scope
New residential estates require adaptable childcare facilities that can grow with community needs while creating optimal learning environments that minimize disruption to surrounding residences.
We designed deep play spaces with maximum natural light penetration while maintaining clear, organized flow throughout the centre. The strategic orientation protects residential amenity while providing excellent play environments. Later expansion capability was built into the original design, allowing seamless capacity increases as the community grew.
Originally 40-place childcare centre designed for later expansion to 80 places, features covered drop-off area, optimized indoor-outdoor connections, and play areas oriented away from residential neighbors to minimize noise impact. As one of our earliest projects, the centre has proven its enduring design success, demonstrating how thoughtful planning creates adaptable childcare facilities that serve communities long-term.
