Scope
Port Kembla's rich cultural heritage deserves celebration through immersive spaces that honor First Nations traditions, industrial legacy, and community identity within cohesive, respectful storytelling environments.
The First Nations space unfolds across island-like platforms inspired by the Wodi Wodi people's Story of the Five Islands, featuring central gathering areas surrounded by cultural displays and traditional symbolism. The Industrial space honors workers and migrants through illuminated pathways revealing personal stories, central technology displays, and interactive exhibits showcasing both historic processes and emerging innovations.
Interior design for First Nations, Industrial, and Migrant History spaces creates immersive environments that celebrate the community's diverse identity through cultural displays, interactive exhibits, and ceremonial gathering areas. Together, these spaces weave stories of land, people, culture, and industry while acknowledging Traditional Custodians and everyday heroes who shaped Port Kembla.
